Full description of the chalet

Comfortable apartment in a wooden chalet located in a quiet environment in the center of the Val Thorens’ resort. This three-storey apartment has been built to welcome up to 11 or 13 guests and offers comfort, charm and conviviality. Built of three independent bedrooms, one dormitory for children, and a living room, the layout has been made so everyone can live the mountain at his own pace. The vast living room will gather family and friends next to the fire place and the big aged wooden table. The meticulously equipped open kitchen is contemporary and functional, fitted out with everything you need.

From the balcony you can appreciate the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains and the ski trails… At noon, due to the fact the balcony is facing west, a cup of coffee is really enjoyable! 

The first floor gives place to a bedroom with its private bathroom and the living room. The second floor leads to two more bedrooms with one including its own bathroom, and an other independent bathroom. On the third floor, you can find the dormitory filled out with three single beds and a TV for tireless young people!

When you are back from the ski trails, you can leave your stuff in a private closet and also leave your shoes and clothes so you can find everything dry and warm, ready for the next day!

You can take advantage of the sauna and the bath to get rid of your muscle soreness or just to enjoy how this particular moment vacation is!

In family or between friends, this apartment divided into three different floors, allows everybody to keep their privacy, tranquility and own life rhythm. For every lover, the departure for the ski trails takes place right next to the chalet. You can also come back to the apartment using an uncrowded ski lift, a real pleasure, we tried it

Note for the kitchen : convivial and contemporary, the kitchen has been conceived for experimented cookers or for those who feel like baking pastries. Fan-assisted traditional oven, ceramic stoves, dishwasher, big fridge with freezer, hood, microwave, toaster, raclette and fondue maker, coffee machine, expresso machine, lots of plates and trays, pots, pans and so on. Silverware and stemmed glass, cups, … Enjoy cooking with a beautiful view of the mountain!

Val Thorens is the highest ski resort in Europe and it is a perfect place for professional skiers and families. With more than 600 kilometers of ski trails, this is the biggest skiable area in the world! 99% of the skiable area is located over 2000 meters above the sea level. From the beginner to the professional, everyone will have a lot of fun riding the ski trails in Val Thorens. It is a truly playground for all mountain lovers and you can enjoy unbelievable views such as the Peclet glacier and the Alps from the summit of Caron.

Led by a instructor, you will discover the famous Brequin off-piste skiing, and depending on the season, you can meet some ibexes, chamois, stoats or « blanchots ».

For those who love doing snowshoes treks or eat tartiflette, follow the guide! You will find plenty of restaurants easy to reach for pedestrians, snowshoes treks and two shopping malls with a lot of stores.

For the youngest, there is a kindergarten very close to the apartment. You can serenely drop your kids off for the day to accredited instructors. The oldest ones will find a lot of sunny places located in the heart of the resort where they can enjoy drinks. You can also savor mulled wine and belgian waffles!
